If you intend to paint a tree for somebody, he will say that to him it seems like a stone. If you paint several stones, one on the top of the other, and tell this person that this is to be a tower, he will say that it looks like a tree. ... so I am giving him both things in one; and: he is amazed and considers it as beautiful. For the ones who consider this as far too much, I paint NOTHING ... but that in bright colours, and - you will not believe it - among them are many who are suddenly able to see. Now I am the one asking: What is it now?! WOLFGANG SCHMARANDER |
